Using a smartphone has gone past the level of just making and receiving calls,sending and receiving text messages.

1.money available
This is one of the most important factor to consider when talking about buying
a phone as you can not buy phone withhout having money.
so the type of phone you want to buy depends the amount of money available.
2.Battery
Different phones have different battery capacity,if you are the type that uses phones a lot then you should go for a phone of about 3500mAh and above,if you are the type that uses phones lightly then anything less could still be okay.
3.Camera;
most times, people think a camera with a higher mega pixel is usually better than another with lower pixels but several things are considered
before knowing if a camera is better than another.they include the pixel size,the autofocus,the aperture etc
Higher mega pixel means that the size of image id bigger meaning on a smaller screen it will be sharper and then the opposite for the lower mega pixel.
4.Processors
processing speed varies from one device to another.snapdragon 652 or snapdragon 820/821 is fast and usually used for heavy games.
mediatek is also good.
Note that for any processor to be good the RAM available also matters.
5.Display
phone display is usually calculated in inches diagonally across the screen of the phone.
phones that are usually 6 inches and above usually become bulky to carry.

phones vary when it comes to the issue of internal memory as some phones have 16gb internal memory and more while some have less.
